BOOK:
There are two ways to book a session: You can either use our Acuity scheduling system above or book via email. Both methods accept payment through Paypal. (You can pay by credit card once in Paypal–even if you do not have a Paypal account.)
Online Booking Instruction:
1. select session type
2. set time zone
3. select date and time of session
4. complete the following form
5. hit the Pay Now button at the bottom of the calendar app
6. log in, or click continue, in the new PayPal window
Your Soul Session is booked! You should land on a confirmation screen that includes the time and date of your session. If you do not receive a confirmation email or run into any technical difficulties please contact us.
Email Booking Instructions:
If you prefer email to schedule a time, please pay (via the paypal button below.) It may redirect you to fill out the contact form below for PayPal login info. Follow the instructions and continue. Once you've paid, shoot us an email letting us know you have purchased a session. If you use Acuity you do not need to pay below. We will get back to you with available time slots for your appointment. If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours please let us know and contact us. (It is rare, but emails have been dropped from time to time.)
A Note on Rescheduling or Canceling:
Please note: We have a strict twenty-four-business-hour cancellation policy. As long as you adhere to this, you will be refunded the session fee. If you cancel outside of these guidelines, we need to charge for the cost of the session.
To reschedule: Feel free to reschedule your appointment with the Acuity software above or email Adam as long as it is done within 24 hours of your time of session.
Under the rare circumstances that I will need to cancel I will do everything possible to accommodate your schedule.
